Rental Terms

Please read before confirming a booking

These terms are a general reference draft; review the final agreement issued for your project.

1. Quote Process

Rental quotes are prepared based on your project brief: shooting city or cities, dates, call times where relevant, equipment categories and creative requirements, logistics preferences, and whether crew or delivery support is needed. Because equipment availability, substitution policies, and support hours vary by project, we do not publish public price lists on this website.

A quote may include deposit or guarantee expectations, rental duration assumptions, and inspection or return requirements. Final commercial terms are confirmed in writing before equipment leaves our custody.

2. Availability

Inventory availability is confirmed for specific dates and locations. High-demand periods, multi-city schedules, and specialty items may require earlier booking. Substitutions within agreed categories may be proposed when an exact item is unavailable; creative priorities should be documented so substitutions protect editorial intent.

3. Rental Period

The rental period begins and ends at the times and dates stated in the rental agreement or written confirmation. Extensions require advance notice and written approval; overtime or additional days may incur additional charges as specified in your agreement.

4. Deposit

A security deposit or other guarantee may be required before pickup or delivery. The amount and form (hold, transfer, or letter, as applicable) depend on equipment value, rental duration, and project risk profile. Deposits are handled in line with the written rental terms and applicable law.

5. Payment

Payment milestones, invoicing currency, and accepted methods are set out in the rental agreement or invoice. Late payment may affect future bookings. Taxes and fees, if applicable, are stated in accordance with local requirements.

6. Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup windows, addresses, and primary contacts should be confirmed in writing. Mixed communication threads increase the risk of misrouted equipment; one designated chain of contact per handoff is strongly recommended.

All projects should comply with applicable local rules and location requirements. Venue access, loading dock rules, and parking constraints are the client’s responsibility to coordinate unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Equipment Inspection

At pickup or delivery, equipment should be inspected against an agreed checklist, including accessories, media, cables, and small parts. Any discrepancies or pre-existing condition notes should be recorded before the equipment is put into service. At return, equipment is inspected for completeness and damage consistent with the agreement.

8. Damage or Loss

The renter is responsible for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear, as described in the rental agreement. Repair, replacement, or loss-of-rent charges may apply. Insurance or coverage arrangements, if any, should be discussed before the rental begins.

9. Overtime

Use of equipment or support outside the agreed rental window may constitute overtime. Overtime rates and notice requirements, if applicable, are defined in the rental agreement or support schedule.

10. Cancellation

Cancellation and reschedule policies depend on booking lead time, equipment reserved, and logistics committed. Fees or forfeited deposits may apply as set out in your written agreement. Early communication reduces cost exposure for all parties.

11. Location Permissions and Local Compliance

Clients are responsible for obtaining permissions, access, and compliance related to their shoot locations and project. We provide equipment rental and related logistics support; we do not guarantee permits or legal outcomes on behalf of clients.

All projects should comply with applicable local rules and location requirements. This includes venue rules, safety inductions, electrical practices, rigging restrictions, and any requirements communicated by property managers or authorities.

12. No Public Price Guarantee

Information on this website describes services and categories in general terms. It does not constitute an offer to sell or rent at any specific price. Quotes are valid only as expressly stated in writing and may change if dates, equipment mix, or logistics change.

All productions must follow applicable local rules and location requirements.
